The #RisingSign or the #Ascendant is the zodiac sign visible on the line of eastern horizon at that particular location at the time of birth. It’s duration is quite short and it gives the most accurate picture of our destiny.
The #MoonSign or the #Rashi (in Sanskrit) is the zodiac sign where moon is placed in the horoscope at the time of birth. This sign depicts the mental traits of the individual and in certain cases, it can also be used to predict events in an individual’s life. The duration of moon’s transit in Rashi is around 2 1/2 days.
The #SunSign is obviously the zodiac sign where the Sun is passing through at the time of birth. It is the most generic description of the individual. It’s influence cannot be denied. But as per the Hindu Vedic Astrology, it cannot be relied upon for making predictions.
An individual is a mix of all the three influences – not just one. And that’s the reason why two people having the same zodiac sign are never alike. So Paul and Peter may both by Aries by Sun Sign, but their Moon and the Rising Signs may be completely different.
